This landscape concept plan for the Respect Care Avonlea renovation in Nhill is centred around the creation of a large communal courtyard that provides a welcoming shared outdoor space for residents to gather, relax and move through the site. Connected to this central courtyard are a series of smaller terrace and garden spaces positioned adjacent to individual resident units, giving residents access to more private and personalised outdoor areas. Accessible pathways and seating spaces link the existing and proposed buildings, creating a cohesive and resident-focused external environment that supports both social interaction and quiet retreat.
Our scope includes early landscape concept design, planning approvals, contract documentation, tendering and construction phase services, ensuring projects are delivered cohesively from early vision through to built outcome.
