Excited to share our work on a multi-townhouse development in Highton, delivered in collaboration with ADDARC, Hub Property Group, and Up Property.
This project focused on resolving a highly constrained and steep site, requiring careful coordination between landscape, architectural, and engineering teams. A key driver was the retention and integration of existing trees, with design responses developed around Tree Protection Zones and sensitive grading strategies.
