Excited to share our work on a multi-townhouse development in Highton, delivered in collaboration with ADDARC, Hub Property Group, and Up Property.
This project focused on resolving a highly constrained and steep site, requiring careful coordination between landscape, architectural, and engineering teams. A key driver was the retention and integration of existing trees, with design responses developed around Tree Protection Zones and sensitive grading strategies.
Our scope included:
- Preparation of Schematic Design for Town Planning
- Development of Council Endorsement Drawings
- Detailed coordination of levels, retaining, and access across the site
- Integration of WSUD elements including rain gardens
- A refined planting strategy using predominantly native and indigenous species
The landscape design balances technical constraints with a strong visual outcome—delivering high-quality private open spaces that complement the contemporary architectural language of each townhouse.
